Inter Milan surrenders in the Modric deal and sticks to his friend
Inter Milan have surrendered in the signing of Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric during the current season.
"It is impossible to include Modric in January,"
Inter Milan's Inter Milan sports director Piero Oselio said in comments posted on Calcio Mercato.
"We will wait until the transfer market, to know what we will do in the deals, but the most important thing is the quality of the new contracts."
"The renewal of his contract was almost agreed," he said.
Modric was linked to the move to the Nerazzurri during the Mercato last summer, and his compatriot and colleague Marcelo Prozovic, one of the reasons for the move by Inter Milan.
